The Lions Center is a 101-bed non-profit skilled nursing
facility that has been providing quality care to the residents
of Allegany County, and surrounding communities, since 1969. Located
on Seton Drive Extended in Cumberland, Maryland, the facility
is adjacent to the Sacred Heart Hospital Campus – conveniently
located and easily accessible by public transportation.
Our trained professional staff provide 24 hour skilled nursing
services, including peritoneal dialysis, IV therapy and pain management.
Additionally, we can provide hemo-dialysis on site through an
agreement with Independent Dialysis Foundation (IDF).
The interdisciplinary care plan team develops an individual comprehensive
plan of care for each resident, setting personal goals to assist
many residents in resuming their former lifestyles, and even returning
home. We are dedicated to providing quality skilled nursing care
